Pantel Introduce Three 3G Enabled Android Smartphones

smartphones and handset makers look to grab some much needed love by launching
a number of devices that belong to this category. The IT hardware company
Pantel Technologies in an attempt to win the hearts of the Indian customers,
has announced that it will be launching three new smartphones in the range of
Rs. 7,000 to 15,000, next month. Pantel Technologies Managing Director Vijender
Singh told PTI that they would be launching the new smartphones in the second
week of June. The company has been a leading tablet vendor in India for some
time now. It even collaborated with BSNL to launch country's first EDGE enabled
voice calling Jelly Bean tablet - Penta T-Pad WS707C, which is priced at Rs
7,999. The company is keen to hit it off in the smartphone department, as it
expects to sell 50,000 to 60,000 handsets every month. Adding more to the
details Pantel has said that these smartphones will come 3G connectivity, Android
4.1 Jelly Bean and 1GHz processor. Apparently, the company is also working on a
device that will come with 4G or LTE capability. The device pegged to release
in December.
