Two forthcoming Micromax Canvas phones leak
The screenshot of the next quad-core Canvas
phone from Micromax, the A110Q has leaked. Also a picture of its forthcoming
Canvas dual-core A92 has leaked online. The Micromax leakster MMX Newscaster
has leaked an image of the Canvas A92 which reveals a A116 Canvas HD kind form
and built, except the front camera which is on the left side of the phone. The
A110q is the second variant of the popular A110 Canvas 2 launched last year.
The phone still enjoys pretty good demand in the company stores. While the A110
was a dual-core one the A110Q will sport a quad-core processor. (Q standing for
quad-core). Specifications of the phone leaked by earlier Droidextra.org
indicate that this new phone will come along with the Android Jelly Bean 4.2.1
and will feature MediaTek MT6589 quad-core processor. This is the same used in
the latest Micromax sensation A116 Canvas HD. (read here) It will sport a
5-inch capacitive multi-touch display with 480 by 854 display resolution and
196 Pixel Per Inches pixel density, 512MB/1GB RAM, 4 GB internal memory, 8
megapixel primary camera and 2 megapixel front camera . It is not known yet
when the company will launch the devices. We can expect a launch this summer,
as competitors start launching their phones. Recently the company launched the
Canvas A88 alongside the Panasonic P51 launch. The A116 Canvas HD was announced
on January 24th. On 22nd January Samsung launched the 5 inch Galaxy Grand,
which went on to become one of the best mobile phones in India.
